As you already knew, The Secret talked about the secret which had been hidden for thousands of years about the power of the Universe to fullfill all of our dreams. Ask, believe and receive. Those are the 3 magic keywords that exist in that book.
The Magic actually is a sequel from The Secret book. This book explain about things that we have to do in 28 consecutive days in order to get the miracle of what we want. As you know, 28 days is the time limit for changing some one's behaviour.
The clue for day 6 is Dealing with Negative thoughts.
The Magic explains that understanding the Law of Attraction helps us to appreciate how important it is to have positive mental thoughts and that having any feelings of negativity means you're attracting more of the same into your life. If you can find a way to have positive thoughts about any situation you will start to see a better situation so feelings of gratitude are the key. How aware of we of our negative thoughts and words? The challenge was to not say anything negative to anyone all day.
At night I think about the best thing that happened today. When I was driving home from work, suddenly a motorcycle came across my way. I was shocked and stopped suddenly. I was grateful because I didn't hit the motorcycle and I didn't being hit by the traffic behind me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
