The Magic is the newest book from Rhonda Byrne, a motivator book writer from US. She had already written the best seller books The Secret and The Power. The Magic book has just been launched on the 8th of March 2012 in the US.

As you already knew, The Secret talked about the secret which had been hidden for thousands of years about the power of the Universe to fullfill all of our dreams. Ask, believe and receive. Those are the 3 magic keywords that exist in that book.

The Magic actually is a sequel from The Secret book. This book explain about things that we have to do in 28 consecutive days in order to get the miracle of what we want. As you know, 28 days is the time limit for changing some one's behaviour.

The clue for day 4 is : Gratitude for Health. Feeling grateful for our bodies and our health. The more we appreciate our good health, the more we're likely to receive plenty more of it.

Feel grateful for our arms, legs, fingers and feet. I remembered when last time I entered a quis on Facebook from a well known brand watch. I had made the answer so perfect that I guess I would won the quis. But the winner was an one armed man. I was disappointed, but I thought it would be alright, because I still had two arms to work and get what I want.

Feel grateful for our senses, sight and hearing. Feel grateful because we can see beautiful views, the people we loves. Feel grateful because we can hear our favourite singer's voice, the birds tweet. Feel grateful because we can smell the aroma of foods, the flowers in the garden. Feel grateful because we can taste the delicious of foods, the freshes of fruitdrinks. Feel grateful because we can walk with balance and straight.

Lastly feel grateful for our heart and our brain.These two organs are vital, they keep us alive and are like the engine room and the power house in our bodies. Feel grateful because our heart pumps blood to give nutrients for the other parts of our body. Feel grateful because our brain take control of the other parts.

At night I think about the best thing that happened to me today. My cough had gone away! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
